Dongfang Electric Machinery Co., Ltd. of DEC (hereinafter referred to as Dongfang Electric Machinery), established in 1958, is a major global supplier of power generating equipment, clean energy products and services, mainly engaged in the research and development, design, manufacture, and service of equipment such as hydro-turbine generator sets, thermal power generators (coal-fired, gas-fired, nuclear), wind power generators, AC/DC motors, special motors, auxiliary equipment and pump sets for power stations, and has formed an industrial development pattern of multiple power sources coexisting including hydro, thermal, nuclear, gas, wind, and solar.
