The company, founded in Guanghan in 1998, is a professional steel formwork equipment manufacturer primarily engaged in the design, research and development, manufacture, and sales of steel formwork equipment for tunnel engineering (such as railways, highways, and hydropower projects) and bridges.

The company currently has over 400 professional and technical employees including 100 professional technical personnel, of whom 60 are senior and intermediate engineering technical and management personnel. Its factory covers an area of over 6.67 hectares. Headquartered in Guanghan, it has six major production bases / marketing offices in Kunming, Liuzhou, Xinyu of Jiangxi, Kaifeng, Lanzhou, and Anshan respectively.
