Material and craftsmanship
The lamp post is made of hot-rolled rectangular tubes of Q235 steel (commonly 120mmx60mmx4mm), with a surface treated by hot-dip galvanizing and plastic spraying for anti-corrosion (zinc layer ≥70μm), and a wind resistance grade of ≥11.
Light source layout
The main light source is an LED module (such as 290W+90W+60Wx2), with an additional decorative LED light source (6Wx9) to achieve multi-level lighting.
Photovoltaic module
Monocrystalline silicon/polycrystalline silicon solar panels (power 60-300W), conversion efficiency >20%, frameless design reduces dust accumulation.
Energy storage battery
Lithium iron phosphate battery (capacity 60-400Ah), supports an environment ranging from -30 °C to 60°C, and can last for 3-5 days on rainy days.
Intelligent control
The light control and time control system supports automatic power adjustment (such as power reduction on cloudy days), with a protection grade of IP65.
